👤Account

Click the Register button at the top of any page. Fill in your full name, Pakistan mobile number, date of birth and create a password. Verify your mobile number with the one-time code sent to your phone. Your account is active immediately and you can start exploring the platform. The whole process takes under two minutes. Yes — you must be at least 18 years old to register and use ud777. This applies to all features including sports betting, casino games, bingo and bonus claims. Identity verification through your CNIC is required before your first withdrawal is processed.

No — each person is permitted to hold only one active ud777 account. Creating multiple accounts using different names, mobile numbers or devices violates the Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and associated balances forfeited.

Use the Forgot Password option on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number and a one-time verification code will be sent to it. Use the code to set a new password. If your registered number is no longer active, contact support via live chat with your account details for manual verification.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Go to Account Settings and upload a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back). You will also be asked to confirm the payment method you intend to use for withdrawals — for example, your JazzCash number or bank account details. The verification team reviews submissions and confirms within 24 to 48 hours in most cases.

You can update your contact details from Account Settings once you have re-verified your identity. If your current mobile number is no longer active and you cannot log in, contact support via live chat — the team will guide you through alternative verification to regain access.

💳Deposits & Payments

ud777 supports deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast bank transfer, direct bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most popular options among Pakistan players as deposits typically reflect in your ud777 wallet within a few minutes.

The minimum deposit on ud777 is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification. ud777 itself does not charge deposit fees — any fees applied are from your payment provider.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically arrive within 2 to 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. 💰Withdrawals

Most withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours of the request being submitted, provided your KYC verification is complete. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally on the faster end of this range. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.

The minimum withdrawal amount on ud777 is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used to make your deposit. You cannot withdraw to a different mobile number or bank account than the one on your verified profile.

The most common reasons for a delayed withdrawal are: KYC verification not yet completed, bonus wagering requirements not fully met, or the withdrawal amount exceeding the available balance after pending bets are accounted for. Check your account notifications for any pending verification steps. If everything looks complete on your end, contact live chat with your withdrawal reference number for a status update.

Bonus funds become withdrawable once the associated wagering requirements are fully completed. The wagering progress for each active bonus is visible in the Promotions section of your account. Once the requirement is met, the bonus converts to real balance and can be withdrawn normally.

Yes — ud777 offers live in-play betting on cricket, football and other supported sports. During PSL matches and T20 internationals, the live betting section updates ball by ball with real-time odds. The minimum bet on ud777 is PKR 50 for most sports markets. Some special markets or promotional bets may have different minimums, which are shown on the bet slip at the time of placing. There is no maximum number of bets you can place per match.

If a cricket match is abandoned or cancelled before a result is determined and no official result is declared (such as via DLS method), pre-match bets are generally voided and stakes returned to your account. If an official result is declared — even via DLS — bets are settled on that result. Specific settlement rules for each market type are detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

Cash-out is available on selected markets and is shown on eligible open bets in your bet history. When cash-out is available, the current offer is displayed next to the bet. The amount offered reflects the real-time probability of your bet winning. Cash-out availability depends on the market and match status — it is not available on every bet.

🎁Bonuses

A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling PKR 10,000 on eligible markets before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Since the APK is not on the Google Play Store, you will need to allow installation from unknown sources in your Android settings before installing. The page has step-by-step instructions. Currently the dedicated ud777 app is available for Android only. iPhone users can access the full platform through the Safari or Chrome mobile browser — the website is fully optimised for mobile and works well on iOS. The most common reason is that installation from unknown sources is not enabled on your device. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period. You can also do this through live chat support at any time.

Self-exclusion is available in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming or via live chat support. You can choose a temporary exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months, or a permanent exclusion that closes your account.
